Acceptable Use Policy

You may use solver.lol to:

• Automate interactions with websites and services you own or have explicit permission to access
• Test captcha integrations in your own applications
• Build tools and services that assist legitimate automation workflows
• Research and security testing on systems you are authorised to test

You may not use solver.lol to:

• Access systems, accounts, or data without authorisation
• Conduct credential stuffing, account takeover, or brute-force attacks
• Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited messages
• Scrape or harvest data in violation of a site's terms of service
• Commit fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Resell or white-label the Service without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or access controls

Each API key has a configurable concurrency limit. Excessive usage that degrades service for other users may result in temporary throttling or suspension.

We monitor usage for abuse patterns. Violations may result in:

• Immediate suspension of your API key
• Forfeiture of remaining balance (in cases of serious abuse)
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law

We will attempt to notify you before taking action unless the violation is severe or ongoing.

If you believe solver.lol is being used to harm you or others, please report it to hello@solver.lol. We take abuse reports seriously.
