Terms of Service

By using solver.lol, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

solver.lol provides a captcha-solving API that returns tokens for supported captcha types. The Service is provided on a pay-per-successful-solve basis. No charge is applied for failed solve attempts.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove supported captcha types at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share your key publicly or embed it in client-side code. Any usage under your API key is your responsibility.

If you believe your key has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@solver.lol.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Circumvent security measures on systems you do not own or have explicit permission to access
• Engage in fraud, spam, or abuse of third-party services
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.

Balance is prepaid and deducted only on successful solves. Unused balance does not expire. We do not offer refunds on consumed balance.

Prices are listed at solver.lol/pricing and may change with reasonable notice.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, solve failures, or losses resulting from service unavailability.

All content, code, and branding on solver.lol is our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, solver.lol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
